Nine years ago, (the Allen Family) started on a journey of learning
how to prepare raw and living foods. Remembering what it was like to make
that transition – it seemed like everything was so different than what they were used to: the ingredients, the equipment, the techniques and especially the
timing of how to have everything ready at the same time. With taking care of a
family and working, it was overwhelming in the beginning.
Incorporating
raw and living foods into their diets was a step many people want to take, but
become frustrated with the money and time involved in learning “how to do it”.
It is our mission to help people make the shift over to eating more of these
wonderful foods. These foods enhance your immune system, improve healthy weight loss, and much more! Even the desserts are healthy and do not ever promote weight gain because of the carefully selected ingredients.
